Written Notes Paying Tribute To Pastor

Last year I had everyone write a note of appreciation to our Pastor and his wife (of course we did this without their knowing it.) They could express personally just how their lives had been impacted by the pastor or his wife, include words of encouragement, and convey love and appreciation as a tribute.

Pastor Appreciation Bulletin Board

I decorated the church bulletin board in their honor and posted all the notes on Pastor Appreciation Sunday. They were very touched when they came in early Sunday morning and saw the board, full of loving tributes honoring their pastor.
